Dear participant,

On behalf of Microsoft, we would like to thank you for your participation in this survey. KPMG is selected by Microsoft to facilitate an outcome-oriented discussion with signatories of the Paris Call (PC) around critical infrastructure. This survey is part of this process and will assist us to identify and collect signatories' perspective on PC principle 1[1], their good practices and key challenges for further implementation.

The purpose of this survey is to capture the different voices in the PC community. It is important to hear the different voices to strengthen the PC community and support collaborative engagements within Europe on Paris Call implementation.

The outcomes will be presented within the Paris Call Working Group on Advancing Norms and at the European Cyber Agora on 2-3 June.

The survey will take approximately 20 minutes of your time. It consists of 50 questions, mainly multiple-choice questions and the responses will be  anonymous.

The survey will close on 15 May 2021.

We look forward to hear your voices around critical infrastructure and really appreciate your input!

If you have questions or comments about the survey, please send an email to:
